Pricing questions
What does the ₹49 first month include?
Full access to every feature on the plan you pick. After the first month, the plan price auto-debits through Razorpay.
Which plan do I need?
Plans differ only by the number of Google Business Profile locations: Basic for 1, Growth for 2–5, Pro for 6–10 and Business for 11–30. For 30 or more, request a callback for custom pricing.
Do plans have different features?
No. Every plan includes AI replies approved on WhatsApp, review requests, review insights and reports.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. All prices exclude 18% GST. Tarazu issues GST tax invoices that you can download from Billing.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing saves 15% compared with paying monthly and is billed once a year.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before your first full-price charge and nothing further is billed. After that you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See the Refund Policy.
