Refund Policy
1. The ₹49 first month
Your first month on any plan is ₹49 (plus GST), shown on the payment page before you pay. Paying it also authorizes your chosen plan to be charged automatically at the end of that first month, at the plan price shown at checkout. The ₹49 first-month payment is non-refundable, except in the exceptional cases in §4.
2. Cancelling
Cancel any time from Billing → Cancel subscription in your dashboard, or by emailing support@tarazu.co. If you cancel before your first full-price charge, nothing further is billed. If you cancel later, no future renewals are charged and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Amounts already paid for a period that has started are not automatically reversed; see §3 and §4.
3. Paid plans
Unless a specific offer states otherwise, subscription fees are refundable within 30 days of a full-price charge or renewal if the service materially fails to operate as described and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible.
4. Exceptional cases
We may make reasonable exceptions for duplicate payments, accidental purchases, technical failures or other circumstances where a refund is appropriate. Payment-provider processing rules may affect the timing of the refund.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@tarazu.co with the email address on your account and the payment details. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
6. Service delivery
Tarazu is a software service delivered digitally online. Access to the service begins when your account is activated after payment. No physical goods are shipped.
