Does Tarazu post replies without my approval?
Not unless you choose it. By default AI drafts every reply and you approve it on WhatsApp before anything is published. You can optionally let Tarazu auto-post thank-you replies to the star ratings you select.
Can Tarazu write replies in Hinglish?
Yes. Choose Professional, Casual or Hinglish and replies are written in the tone your customers actually use.
Which review platforms does Tarazu support?
Google reviews today, across all of your Google Business Profile locations, through Google's official API. More platforms will follow as official review APIs become available.
We have hundreds of old unanswered reviews. Can Tarazu help?
Yes. On setup Tarazu imports your full Google review history and helps you work through the unanswered ones in your own time, a few a day, so your profile never gets a burst of replies at once.
How much does Tarazu cost?
Your first month is ₹49 on any plan. After that, plans are priced by location count: ₹999/month for 1 location, ₹1,999 for 2–5, ₹2,999 for 6–10 and ₹5,499 for 11–30, plus 18% GST. Annual billing saves 15%. See full pricing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before your first full-price charge and nothing further is billed. After that you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Is Tarazu affiliated with Google?
No. Tarazu is an independent product. It connects to your Google Business Profile through Google's official API, only with your permission, and you can revoke access at any time.
