Tarazu is a product of Farvo Technologies. It helps restaurants, salons, clinics and hotels reply to every Google review and ask happy customers for new ones, all from WhatsApp.

Why we built Tarazu

Most customers read a business's Google reviews before they visit. For a local owner, replying to each one takes time that is hard to find in a busy day, so reviews pile up unanswered. Owners already live on WhatsApp, so we built the whole loop there.

What Tarazu does

• Replies to Google reviews. AI drafts a short, specific reply for each new review. You approve or edit it on WhatsApp, and Tarazu posts it.
• Asks for new reviews. After a visit, Tarazu sends the customer a WhatsApp message with a direct link to leave a Google review.
• Keeps you in control. Nothing is posted that you have not approved, except the star ratings you choose to auto-reply to.

Our approach

• Honest, human replies. Replies mention a real detail from the review and stay short. Tarazu does not write fake reviews and does not offer rewards for them.
• Your data stays yours. Tarazu connects to your Google Business Profile with your permission to read reviews and post approved replies. You can disconnect at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
• Built for India. Plans are priced in rupees, and replies can be written in English or Hinglish.

The company

Tarazu is operated by Farvo Technologies, based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. The name Tarazu (तराज़ू) means “balance”, as in a reputation kept in balance. Tarazu is an independent product and is not affiliated with Google.
