Tarazu provides software that helps businesses monitor and manage customer reviews, generate AI-assisted reply drafts, request reviews from customers, and view reputation-related reporting. Features may change as the service develops.
You must be authorized to act for the business and to connect any Google Business Profile location you add to Tarazu. You must not connect a listing you do not own or have permission to manage.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for reviewing the permissions granted to Tarazu. You may disconnect access when you no longer want the service to manage a connected listing.
Tarazu is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google. Google Business Profile remains a Google product and is subject to Google's own terms and policies.
You agree not to use Tarazu to create fraudulent reviews, manipulate ratings, impersonate customers, publish prohibited content, or otherwise violate Google's policies. Tarazu may restrict or suspend functionality if it detects activity that creates a material compliance or abuse risk.
Tarazu will not automate or trigger a Business Profile review reply, edit, Q&A action, or other change on behalf of a business without the business user’s prior specific and express authorization. You are responsible for the authorization you provide and may revoke it or disconnect your Business Profile at any time.
AI-generated replies are suggestions and may contain errors. You are responsible for the final content published on behalf of your business. Tarazu does not guarantee that a generated reply will be accurate, persuasive, accepted by a platform, or suitable for every circumstance.
For negative, sensitive or potentially consequential reviews, Tarazu is designed to provide an approval workflow rather than encourage careless automated responses.
Review-request features must be used honestly. You may not offer incentives for positive reviews, suppress negative feedback, create fake reviews, or otherwise manipulate customer ratings. You are responsible for ensuring that your customer communications comply with applicable laws, platform policies and messaging requirements.
You may not use Tarazu to violate law, send unsolicited or abusive communications, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape third-party platforms in violation of their terms, or use the service to facilitate fraud, harassment or deceptive practices.
Where a trial is offered, its duration and price will be shown before payment. A trial does not automatically convert to a paid plan unless you explicitly choose a paid plan. Paid subscriptions and applicable taxes are charged according to the plan and payment terms presented at checkout.
We aim to keep Tarazu available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party services, including Google, Meta/WhatsApp and payment providers, may experience outages, policy changes or rate limits outside our control.
Support is available at support@tarazu.co.
Tarazu's software, brand, interface, documentation and original content are owned by or licensed to Tarazu. You retain rights to business content you provide, subject to the permissions required for Tarazu to operate the service.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, legal compliance, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tarazu is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate customer content, third-party platform changes, API outages, unauthorized use of your account, or decisions made from AI-generated suggestions.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
